These terms govern your use of TuneMyFeed, a browser extension for LinkedIn. TuneMyFeed is provided by Compatriots UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany (see the Imprint). By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.
TuneMyFeed is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoicing, applicable taxes and order-related customer service, and its Buyer Terms apply to your purchase. Your card statement shows a Lemon Squeezy descriptor.
After purchase you receive a license key. It grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TuneMyFeed. A license key can be activated in one browser. Activations can't be undone or moved.
You buy TuneMyFeed as it is at the time of purchase. We may release updates or new features, but we don't promise any. Beyond that, you may not share, resell, or publish your license key, or circumvent the license check.
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, except where required by law. See our Refund Policy.
TuneMyFeed is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn can change its website at any time, which may affect how TuneMyFeed works. You remain responsible for your use of LinkedIn under LinkedIn's own terms.
TuneMyFeed is provided "as is" without any guarantee that it will work without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
TuneMyFeed is built privacy-first. The extension doesn't track you and doesn't collect your LinkedIn data. It runs in your browser and only contacts our server to activate your license key. All details are in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this URL with its "Last updated" date. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
